💯 Degreez Mission Statement:
Working collectively to empower, inspire, and educate ourselves to drive systemic change in our community.
100 Degreez is a culturally affirming program that promotes academic engagement and retention for Black women who have overcome tremendous obstacles, such as but not limited to incarceration and addiction in order to collectively create systemic change.

Janene Garron
Core Leadership Team Member
In December 2023, Janene completed two Associate degrees. She has been accepted at California Institute of Integral Studies and will begin pursuing a Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies fall 2024. Janene has overcome many obstacles in her life, and we are extremely proud of her!
